Initiation of online training in data protection

We would like to inform you that on 15 November 2021 the Office of the Data Protection Officer will start an online training course on data protection regulations. The course will last 15 calendar days, ending on 29 November of the current year and is estimated to take 4-5 hours of personal work.

50 places have been reserved for IRBLleida to take the Basic Module, which will provide knowledge of the essential aspects and key concepts of the right to personal data protection, taking as a basic reference the Regulation (EU) 2016/679, known as the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), complemented by the Organic Law 3/2018, on the protection of personal data and guarantee of digital rights (LOPDGDD).

Interested people can register in this form until 8 November.

This course is framed within the New Action Plan HRS4R:

Action 11. Promote the access to research training and continuous development among researchers:

  • Identify training needs from researchers according to the professional development.
  • Increase the offer of continuing training activities among researchers with the support of the Training Commission.
  • Monitor the training activities annually and the quality perceived by researchers.
