INNOVACTION is IRBLleida's programme designed to support research teams in transforming knowledge, ideas and unmet needs into innovation opportunities with potential for transfer and impact.

The programme provides training, practical tools and support to help teams identify and define the problem, validate their proposals, connect with the innovation ecosystem and prepare the next steps towards transfer.

Who is it for?
 

INNOVACTION is aimed at basic and clinical research teams at IRBLleida with an idea, technology, knowledge or healthcare need with potential for innovation and transfer.

You do not need to have a fully developed solution.
The starting point can be a need, a problem, an observation or an early-stage idea with potential.

How does it work?
 

  • 01 · Submit your idea
    • Identify an innovation opportunity and submit it to the programme.
       
  • 02 · Project selection
    • Proposals will be assessed according to the programme's eligibility and selection criteria.
       
  • 03 · Develop & Validate
    • Take part in the training sessions and work on your proposal using practical tools and expert guidance.
       
  • 04 · Demo Day
    • Present your progress and define the next steps to continue moving your innovation forward.
