Lunchbox eating is very common in many work environments, as is lack of time.
Eating healthy doesn't have to be related to spending a lot of time in the kitchen. With good planning and time management, we can prepare meals for the whole working week in a short time, store them in the fridge, and each morning take a daily menu to eat at work.
