Researchers from Lleida discover an interaction between proteins to cope with the oxidative stress of cells

Lleida, February 23rd, 2017 The Yeast Signaling Research Group of the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (IRBLleida) Dr. Pifarré Foundation and the University of Lleida (UdL) has discovered an interaction between a protein and two enzymes that has a fundamental role in the defense before The oxidative stress of the cells and, therefore, it would allow to face different diseases and to the human aging. The results of this research have recently been published in the journal Free Radical Biology and Medicine.
