Nearly twenty people know the old cathedral of Lleida
The talent recruitment office at the Lleida Biomedical Research Institute (IRBLleida) organised a visit to the Seu Vella in Lleida for the centre's international staff. Around twenty people visited Lleida's old cathedral as part of a project funded by the Ministry of Science, Innovation and Universities.
As part of this project, the working group, comprising an expert in recruiting international research staff and other professionals from the IRBLleida's projects, IRBLleida's human resources and legal, technical secretariat and communications departments, is working to secure funding from competitive public grants to develop the international talent recruitment plan, as well as to develop specific integration programmes covering cultural and linguistic aspects for international researchers, training in professional development opportunities, and the implementation of a mentoring programme and a mobility programme for international researchers to join IRBLleida, amongst other initiatives.
