The researcher José Manel Valdivielso, recognised by the European Renal Association for his research work in the field of nephrology

The head of the Vascular and Renal Translational Research Group at the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida (IRBLleida) and professor at the University of Lleida (UdL), José Manuel Valdivielso Revilla, has been distinguished by the board of the European Renal Association (ERA) as one of its most active and outstanding members in research in the area of clinical nephrology.

This is an official recognition of commitment and outstanding contribution to the ERA society. The title is awarded annually during the ERA General Assembly (coinciding with the congress or a membership meeting). Recipients receive a FIERA certificate and a distinctive pin, which is personally presented to them by the ERA President.
