Thirty researchers cited in the annual research IRBLleida at the Monastery of Avellanes

Lleida, July 20, 2016 This year, researchers at the Biomedical Research Institute of Lleida Foundation Dr. Pifarré (IRBLleida) gathered at an annual meeting to share results and upgrade projects. Over thirty researchers as different areas have been consolidated in the Monestir de les Avellanes two days. Irene Pradas, group Signaling in Yeast, Laura Colàs, group Clinical Neurosciences and Isidre Felip, group Pathology Oncology, awarded for the quality and impact of its scientific posters. Researchers predoctoral training also play a role in the 2016 Retreat. This activity younger researchers show the results of their work and take advantage of the conference to discuss the results with researchers statements. The Retreat 2016 is developed in three working sessions where researchers present consolidated preliminary scientific results of biomedical projects in respiratory medicine, neurocognition, neuroscience, health care, nephrology and mathematical modeling, among others. The Retreat is an initiative of the Education Committee of IRBLleida to bring researchers from different areas of research and new approaches and ideas that arise innovative work.
