To work on strategies for the creation of teams and their dynamisation.
To define the different management styles in relation to the interests of the organisation and the times of the work team.
To identify the characteristics and evolution of work groups and the factors that can modify their working dynamics.
To relate human resources management policies with their influence on the work environment and with the factors that favour the motivation of workers.
To relate the motivation techniques applied in the field of the organisation with the human needs to be satisfied, both physiological and psychological.
To relate the actions and techniques for the dynamisation of work groups to the typology and relationships of the components, the requirements of the tasks to be carried out and the situational context.
To foster skills to promote positive interpersonal relationships from the point of view of both management and collaborators.
